Instructions
The reservation is made through the appointment
calendar.
Each apartment has its own appointment
calendar.
After making a reservation, you will receive
an invoice for the accommodation in your email.

Rules & Booking Conditions
- Check-in from 15:00, check-out at 12:00 at the latest
- Reservations can be made by persons over the age of 18, younger people are welcome accompanied by a parent
- A maximum of two people can stay in the apartment
- Baby cots or extra beds are not available
- Smoking is prohibited, we charge a cleaning fee of 100 euros if you smoke indoors. This also applies to the French balcony
- Organizing parties/events is prohibited, applies to e.g. bachelor parties
- All commercial activities are prohibited in the apartment. This also applies to reception activities, use as a treatment room, massage services, etc.
- The house is quiet between 22:00 and 07:00
- Bringing pets into the apartment is not allowed
- The resident is responsible for all property in the apartment during their stay. If something is lost or broken in the apartment, the booker is liable for compensation. The booker is also responsible for the above-mentioned matters even if someone else is the cause/perpetrator of the loss.
After the reservation, the customer will be sent an invoice by e-mail with a payment term of 7 days net. If the invoice is not paid on the due date, the reservation will be canceled automatically. If there are less than 7 days before the start of the accommodation, the accommodation invoice is due immediately. After paying the accommodation fee, the access codes are sent to the customer. The codes will be sent by e-mail no later than the previous day.
Cancellation terms
If it is five days or more before the start of the accommodation, the entire accommodation fee will be refunded. The payment will not be refunded if there are less than five days before the start of the accommodation. Cancellations must be notified by email.
